A Leader with a history of creating profitable business growth and fostering CSR for corporations across Canada; while helping Indigenous communities and businesses realize an increased volume of business activity with further involvement and ownership in large scale business opportunities in the resource sectors. A specialist in helping businesses develop Indigenous engagement strategies, create new internal Indigenous Relations departments, and structure new business partnerships, joint ventures and Indigenous inclusion strategies with First Nation communities and businesses.

Geena Jackson

Geena Jackson, a proud member of the Shishalh Nation (Sechelt), is the creator of Bears’ Lair TV and founder of the Bears’ Lair Youth Dream Camps. With over 25 years of experience, Geena has supported 850+ Indigenous entrepreneurs over the years, providing mentorship, national visibility, and funding opportunities.

She has also inspired over 1,500 Indigenous youth through the Bears’ Lair Dream Camp program, equipping them with life skills, entrepreneurship training, and confidence to dream big. Geena is dedicated to community-driven programs that create opportunities and strengthen Indigenous economies.

Her work continues to empower, celebrate, innovate, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
